The Central Ohio Employee Services & Recreation Association (COESRA) was founded in 1945 as a non-profit organization, when a small group met to exchange ideas and viewpoints concerning their particular experiences in the field of industrial recreation. Through activities, events and meetings, the membership realizes its objectives and offers its members tangible assistance within the employee services’ framework and a terrific discount program to share with all member company employees. Today, COESRA is the Ohio chapter under the Employee Morale and Recreation Association (EMRA)
The National chapter was originally established in 1941. The name has changed many times since its inception and is now Employee Morale and Recreation Association (EMRA). It is dedicated to the principle that employee services’ programs are essential to sound business management.
Membership in EMRA Association affords the opportunity to network with other people in the same field with similar responsibilities to exchange ideas and assist each other with their employee programs and offer our discount program to all their employees.
