MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
COESRA requires an online application process that accepts credit card payments. If your organization only allows for payments by check, it is recommended that you choose pay by check and make the check payable to: EMRA, 1023 Carrs Rd, Annapolis MD.

Please use a personal email address (Many business email systems have spam filters that will not allow group email). The information provided on the application will be published in the member directory and the answers to the questions will be used to create a guide for the Vendor Reps when marketing their product/service to your company. Membership renewals are sent to the current representative’s email address.
All member companies and their representatives and employees agree to abide by the COESRA Code of Ethics upon acceptance as a member. Any breach of the COESRA Code of Ethics will result in removal as a member without recourse.
